Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Open to all current and past UrbanDwell Energy customers.
- The referring party must have completed at least one paid installation with UrbanDwell Energy.
- Employees, contractors and immediate family members of UrbanDwell Energy staff are not eligible.
2. How to Refer
- Ask your referral to mention your full name and phone number when they first make contact with UrbanDwell Energy (by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person).
- Referrals must be registered before a quote is issued. Referrals submitted after a quote has been sent will not qualify.
- There is no limit on the number of people you may refer.
3. Qualifying Referrals
- The referred party must be a new UrbanDwell Energy customer with no prior enquiry or engagement.
- The referred party must sign a service agreement and pay in full for their installation.
- The installation must be fully commissioned and signed off by our engineering team.
- The referral reward is tied to one reward per unique referred customer. Multiple referrers claiming the same customer will result in the reward being awarded to the earliest registered referrer.
4. Reward Payment
- A reward of KES 5,000 will be credited to the referring party's M-PESA account within 30 days of the referred customer's installation being fully commissioned and paid.
- UrbanDwell Energy will contact you to confirm your M-PESA number before payment.
- Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash discounts or service credits.
5. Programme Changes and Termination
- UrbanDwell Energy reserves the right to modify the reward amount, eligibility criteria or terms of the referral programme at any time with 30 days' notice.
- UrbanDwell Energy reserves the right to disqualify any referral it reasonably suspects involves fraud, misrepresentation or abuse of the programme.
- UrbanDwell Energy may terminate the referral programme at any time. Referrals already registered and in progress at the time of termination will be honoured.
6. Governing Law
This programme is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
