Contact Us Within 30 Days

Reach out by phone, WhatsApp or email within 30 days of your system being commissioned. Clearly state that you wish to initiate a guarantee claim and describe the issue.

Assessment Visit

Our engineering team will visit your property within 5 business days to assess the equipment and verify the claim.

Refund Processed

If the claim is approved, we will arrange collection of the equipment and process your refund within 14 business days of collection. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or M-PESA.

Full Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Guarantee

This guarantee applies to all physical equipment supplied and installed by UrbanDwell Energy, including solar panels, inverters, battery storage units, and mounting hardware.
The guarantee period is 30 calendar days from the date the installation is formally commissioned and signed off by UrbanDwell Energy's engineering team.

2. Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover installation labour, transport and delivery charges, commissioning and testing fees, or any electrical works carried out at the property.
The guarantee does not apply to equipment that has been damaged, modified, or tampered with by the customer or any third party after installation.
The guarantee does not apply where damage results from Acts of God, power surges, flooding, fire, or other events outside UrbanDwell Energy's control.
Normal performance degradation within manufacturer-specified tolerances does not constitute grounds for a guarantee claim.

3. Claim Process

Claims must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) within 30 calendar days of the commissioning date.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted under this guarantee but may be assessed under the relevant manufacturer warranty.
UrbanDwell Energy reserves the right to inspect the equipment before processing any refund.
If the claim is found to be invalid (e.g., damage caused by the customer), UrbanDwell Energy reserves the right to decline the claim.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds cover the cost of the physical equipment only, as itemised on the original invoice.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of equipment collection and verification.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible, or to an M-PESA number provided by the customer.

5. Manufacturer Warranties

This guarantee is separate from and does not replace the manufacturer's warranty on any equipment. Manufacturer warranties apply for the periods stated in the respective product documentation.

6. Governing Law

This guarantee is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
